Nashoba’s Witch’s Woods Kicks off Cambridge Area Halloween Events
The past couple of years we have highlighted the best information we have found to planning and enjoying the Halloween season in and around the Cambridge Area. Looking back it is surprising we have not mentioned nearby Nashoba Valley which is transformed into a “ScreamPark” and is open on weekends (Thursday thru Sunday) the month of October.
They opened up this past weekend and though my kids are too young for this I do think many older kids(as well as adults) would enjoy a bit of a scare during the holiday season. Witch’s Woods as it is called features a variety of scary exhibits as well as a Haunted HayRide. You can catch a full list of what they offer here. If you are really a Halloween fan and can’t make the trek to Salem this is a great closer option. Tickets range are $30 unless you take advantage of group rates that start at 15 people.
We may update some of our previous Halloween posts for 2011 date specific information but we have included the past posts because for the most part the events and/or the venues are the same. You would just need to check the links referenced for this year’s information. A good bet is always the Harvard Scare events put on by businesses in the Harvard Square area.
Here are the past posts about Halloween in the Cambridge Area and as usual have a safe October.
